India is saving the World from the pandemic. Here’s how.

India’s tremendous contribution to the world in combating the Covid-19 pandemic since last year is not only being overlooked, but also being demeaned by some. Although the negative narrative is failing, more needs to be done by countries to acknowledge and aid India, so the world can fight this pandemic better.

Under Vaccine Maitri initiative, India has already sent 45 million doses of Covid-19 vaccines to at least 65 countries while it is on its way to inoculate 300 million Indian citizens in months.
Indian PM Modi came on national television regularly urging people to stay at home, wear a mask, maintain social distancing, and follow personal hygiene like washing hands and not spitting.
